Enclose a paper with your name, address, email address, and phone number with the laptop.  Be sure to include your AC adapter/power supply and the original CD’s that came with your computer if you have them.

We recommend that you ship your laptop through Fedex or UPS.  Both have boxes that are specially made to ship laptops.  We also recommend that you buy adequate insurance as it only costs a few dollars more.  Below are the approximate shipping costs.

Fedex/UPS laptop shipping box--$10.00

You can also use your own packing materials, but if you do you should make sure the laptop is surrounded by at least three inches of bubble wrap or packing peanuts to ensure safe delivery. 

Insurance costs between $2.00 and $5.00.  We strongly suggest you obtain the insurance.

Shipping costs for a laptop are approximately--$10.00 to $12.00 depending on the weight.

Total cost for laptop box, insurance, and shipping is about $25.00 give or take a few dollars.

Laptop Repair
We Charge A Flat Fee Of $90.00 For Labor Plus The Cost Of Any Parts Needed.

  • We call or email you as soon as we have diagnosed what is wrong with your laptop.
  • Your credit card is not charged until you authorize us to do the work and the repairs are completed.
  • If you decide not to have the repair done, the only charge you pay is $15.00 for return shipping and insurance.
